Where are you from and where do you live now?
I grew up in Lower Austria and moved back to Austria from France about two years ago.

What is the greatest masterpiece of film in your opinion?
In terms of look and colours, I would definitely name Wong Kar Wai’s films, which were a huge inspiration especially at the start of my filmmaking journey.

A highlight in your career?
A highlight in my career was editing my first feature film in Hong Kong in 2013. After the picture lock of the movie, I even got a tattoo inspired by the film’s main character.

What else is your passion?

The honest answer is that editing does take up most of my life and time. Other things I feel passionate about are: photography, travel and nature.

Cheese! Then again, I don’t really feel guilty about that.
