CODE OF ETHICS – PRINCIPLES AND VALUES FOR THE FILM PRODUCTION

I. RESPONSIBILITY THROUGH DUTY OF CARE

RUNDFILM, R&, and all managers who represent us have a duty of care that is actively exercised. We take action against any form of discrimination as soon as we learn about it.

2. ANTI-DISCRIMINATION

No one is discriminated against or treated condescendingly because of gender, sexual orientation, origin, appearance, ethnic, cultural, religious, or social affiliation, level of education, skin color, age, size, marital status, or constitutional political beliefs.

3. Respectful approach

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. The opinions of others are to be respected and must not become the target of personal attacks. An environment where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is neither productive nor creative. The privacy of colleagues on the set/workplace must be respected.

IV. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Respectful interaction is the basis of all professional behavior. We actively contribute to creating a constructive and appreciative workspace. We choose our words carefully and use appropriate and adapted language according to the situation. Any form of harassment and exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Bullying and threats of violence
• Discriminatory jokes and discriminatory or exclusionary language
• The unsolicited sharing of inappropriate, sexually explicit, or violent content, particularly through digital media
• Personal insults of any kind
• Unwanted sexual attention

V. DON’T LOOK AWAY

If we observe harassment, bullying or disrespectful behavior towards another person, we take action. We neither ignore nor condone it. We proactively address it immediately and try to intervene appropriately.
